Halton Chemical Inc. has many decades of experience as a manufacturer of solvent and water based:

Halton has the capabilities of packaging in pails, drums and tote tanks.  In most cases Halton Chemical can manufacture products with viscosities up to 70,000+ cps through our standard 60 mesh filters. 

Halton has 9 jacketed mezzanine hung stainless steel mixing tanks.  They are a combination of high-speed sheer or paddle drive mixers with capacity of up to 16 drums (3300L) each.  We have another 5 floor mounted high-speed Bowers dispersers with 12­ various size stainless steel change tubs. Halton Chemical has 22 bulk storage tank compartments ranging from 2000 to 12,000 gallons each.

Halton Chemical can handle batch sizes from 5 pails all the way up to 16 drums/160 pail continual batch campaigns. Our quality control lab tests all out going products to customer specifications and a C of A accompanies every batch shipped.

With the above listed manufacturing capabilities Halton offers a great flexibility in batch sizes variations along with quick turn around time on orders. 

Halton offers custom WHMIS labeling and MSDS sheets with customer specific information.

We also offer warehouse storage for regulated and non-regulated products including Flammable Goods Storage along with transportation logistics.
